A good 9-mile walk at a brisk pace. Just four of us, walking through very dry countryside from Cleeve Hill Golf Club to Belas Knap, on to Postlip Mill and then back to the starting point.

We found a beautiful lake along the way, a great place for a picnic!

The temperature wasn’t too hot, but we still really appreciated a drink at the clubhouse afterwards.
