This five mile circuit has a steep incline up Timbercombe Lane on the 'Cheltenham Circular' to start, with reward of fine views before descending to track the River Chelt. We return through parkland in Charlton Kings to savour the delights at the 'Royal' pub which has a lovely garden!

Today's walk goes through deep, wooded valleys and country houses. Walking first through Ozleworth Park (Seen on BBCs 'Tess of the D'urbervilles') to Ozleworth Bottom following the stream, we climb to Lasborough Park and the tiny Lasborough Church (which featured in the TV series Lark Rise to Candleford). Then into the valley of Marlees Brook.
