    An exploration of three attractive villages awash with black and white houses in the beautiful, rich undulating farmland of east Worcestershire. The villages are on the Vale of Evesham blossom trail and its hoped that this time of year, the blossom will be out in full

  • Evening walk – Upper Framilode

    A shortish, figure of 8, evening walk with the deliberate intention of stopping off at the pub for food/beer at the end -  this level pre-pub amble takes in canals towpaths (both working and disused canals) and the banks of the mighty River Severn before enjoying the delights of this historic pub. No hills

  • Camping – Shropshire

    What could be more Summer than a weekend away in the outdoors? Simon invites you to join in on a wonderful camping weekend in Shropshire. Although the campsite is yet to be decided upon, the scenery will be beautiful, the location quiet and the walking very enjoyable

  • Evening Walk – Daneway Sapperton

    A 5-mile jaunt out from Sapperton towards Edgeworth and across the polo fields. We return via the nature reserve -perfect for spotting all sorts of wildlife but the large blue butterfly in particular (as mentioned by David Attenborough!)

  • Day walk – Lasborough/ Ozleworth Bottom

    Today's walk goes through deep, wooded valleys and country houses. Walking first through Ozleworth Park (Seen on BBCs 'Tess of the D'urbervilles') to Ozleworth Bottom following the stream, we climb to Lasborough Park and the tiny Lasborough Church (which featured in the TV series Lark Rise to Candleford). Then into the valley of Marlees Brook.

  • Peter Gill at the Tuckwell Theatre

    Fancy an evening of boogie woogie and a picnic? The Tuckwell outdoor theatre is a perfect setting to bring your camping chair, nibbles and wine/beer to listen to Peter Gill and his band entertain you with boogie woogie classics

  • Day walk – Newnham 8.25 miles

    Ascending to Littledean then into the Forest we enjoy a well-earned descent to the picturesque Soudley Ponds. There may be a cafe stop at Dean Heritage Centre before the return to the Severn with a, pretty riverside walk back to Newnham

  • Evening walk – Great Witcombe

    An evening walk from Great Witcombe, up onto the Cotwold way for the views and back down. Length approx 3.5 mile, with a long steady climb, undulating middle section and a steady descent. Possibility of a pub at the end

  • Day walk – Cockleford-Colesbourne

    Enjoy a great gander across the escarpment before heading across the hills and into the valleys. Refreshment in the Green Dragon afterwards would be polite where there is a pub and a cafe.

  • Camping – Hay on Wye

    Enjoy a Bank holiday trip to Hay on Wye on this camping adventure! Hay is perfect for browsing around bookshops, enjoying a coffee shop and starting a number of fine walks including up to Hay Bluff, following the mighty river to Glasbury or over the hills from Peterchurch.

  • Morning walk – Miserden

    a lovely Circular out from the ever-popular Miserden towards the Whiteway, returning via Caudle Green and Miserden Park. The choice between the pub and the Garden centre tea room is a tricky one...but only one sells lunch and beer and the other sells cake. Coin anyone?

  • Day walk – Chedworth/ Rendcombe

    Come and join for a great circuit over the hills and far away. Lunch and cake stop on offer at the National Trust Roman villa for those so inclined, before heading back to the start
