Day Walk – Hoarwithy and Ballingham 8m

An 8 mile walk in the Wye Valley around a large river loop below Capler Camp. We won’t meet the Wye Valley Walk – it completely misses this out, so worth doing on its own! Today will see the pillar remains of an old railway bridge across the river and a very unusual Italianate style church at Hoarwithy. Not a flat walk, although we’re rewarded with some exceptional river views.
