It doesn’t seem to matter how well you know the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire, our walk leaders always sem to find new paths, albeit somewhat muddy on this occasion.
A wonderfully undulating and stile-ish stroll today of over 10 miles from Hawkesbury Upton. Remote woodland, Lower Woods Nature Reserve, streams, forest, Inglestone Common, the Monarch’s Way, hidden valleys and a smidge of the Cotswold Way. Very wet underfoot so muddy, but definitely fun. Great for wildlife spotters!
