Not all walks with Gloucestershire Outdoor Group involve hills. Not all walks involve beer. But this one did!

Is there any better way of exploring historic Gloucester than an evening tour of some of its finest buildings? The fact they were all pubs is neither here nor there!

A great evening with some wonderful pub gardens. Five in total, and no need for a National Trust card or English Heritage membership.

I’d definitely keep the National Trust/English Heritage line. It gives the post a good finish.
