The Cotswolds doesn’t get much better than the area around Cleeve Hill above Cheltenham, and this recent walk I think proves the point. And always a great way to end the walk, warming up with a nice brew – and is that a cake I see there?! Here’s what the walk leader had to say about the event…

Cleeve Hill was well away from any flooding, so a great place to be walking today. Heading off from the Golf Club house we descended towards Winchcombe before a sharp right to ascend to Belas Knap. Over through Whatley’s Farm and a surprise turn to the left after Warden’s Car Park.
Our return traced the Cotswold Way with fine views over Cheltenham, the racecourse, Malverns and then to Clubhouse in the distance Always time for a cuppa!
