Happy New Year! The Chinese one!To celebrate the year of the horse, the doors were thrown open in Stroud and our hosts provided a fabulous buffet lunch in celebration: chicken noodle soup; pork and rice and delicious stir- fried veg; prawn crackers aplenty and fortune cookies to finishA wonderful chance to catch up and socialise surrounded by some beautiful traditional decorations.Thanks so much to our hosts for such a warm welcome to the start of a New Year !
Next social I think is a quiz night, in a pub of all places!
