Continuing Gloucestershire Outdoor Walking Group’s adventures in Dorset.

A great Monday walk to Golden Cap on our week away in Dorset. It’s the highest point on the coast but we didn’t see the view due to mist. Quite a challenge, but well worth the climbs in order to get the heart pumping.
Tuesday saw most of the group heading to Abbotsbury for a variety of activities including a lovely 8 mile circuit with fine views of the remote St Catherine’s church.
Wednesday, two walks: one 8 miler to Hardy’ monument; the second, an epic 13 miles along the coast.
